These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FindMyRunClub (the "Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in regions where that is the applicable age of digital consent) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You can sign in with a magic link sent to your email or with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address or Google account used to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@velolabs.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (for example, club submissions, corrections, or feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g. for formatting or moderation), display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license, and that your submission does not violate the law or anyone else's rights. We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, or remove any submitted content at our sole discretion.
FindMyRunClub is a directory. Run clubs, groups, organizers, and events listed on the Service are independent third parties. We do not own, operate, sponsor, endorse, vet, or supervise them. Listings are compiled from publicly available information and user submissions and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
You participate in any run, meetup, or event entirely at your own risk. Running and group athletic activities involve inherent physical risks, including but not limited to injury, accident, and exposure to traffic and weather. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability and safety of any club or event before attending, and for your own conduct, fitness, and equipment while participating. We are not a party to any agreement, understanding, or activity between you and a listed club, organizer, or other participant.
The Service contains links to external websites and services (such as Instagram, Strava, Google Maps, and similar). We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party website or service is governed by that third party's own terms.
The Service — including the FindMyRunClub name, logo, design, and original code and content — is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you in or to any of our intellectual property.
We provide the Service "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data will not be lost.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We do not currently offer self-service account deletion; to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email privacy@velolabs.in. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, schedule, location, or other information on the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we, our affiliates, or our personnel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms will not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100) or the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of or access to the Service, (b) content you submit, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
